LocationHybrid Onsite from Day 1 (Wednesday & Thursday mandatory)

Key Responsibilities- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, SAP Business Objects, and Crystal Reports
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
- Create and optimize queries in Hummingbird BI Query
- Architect and implement end-to-end data pipelines using AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, Kinesis, Sage Maker)
- Design and optimize scalable cloud-native data and AI platforms
- Develop robust ETL/ELT workflows ensuring data quality, governance, and security
- Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Partner with data architects and developers to align reporting solutions with business goals
- Ensure compliance with MDHHS standards and policies
- Provide troubleshooting and performance tuning for dashboards and reports
- Document data flows, reporting standards, and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in report development and data analysis within large-scale environments
- 3+ years of experience in AI Data Engineering using AWS platforms
- 3+ years of experience in Python, PySpark, and advanced data structures
- 3+ years of experience in Teradata Data Warehouse and ETL utilities
- Experience with AWS cloud and AI platforms
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Hummingbird BI/Query, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, and Power BI
- Strong dashboard development and data visualization experience
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehouse concepts (Teradata preferred)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Medicaid or healthcare reporting
- BI performance optimization experience
- Experience in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform cloud data platforms
- Modern data architecture and machine learning support experience
- Exposure to Agile/Dev Ops methodologies
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Adaptability in dynamic environments
- Critical thinking and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Team collaboration and ownership mentality
