QA Analyst – NetSuite Implementation

Executive Operations is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to support the successful delivery of a Net Suite ERP implementation. This role is responsible for ensuring system quality by designing and executing test plans, validating functionality, and confirming that configurations, customizations, and integrations meet business and technical requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong ERP testing experience, a solid understanding of Net Suite modules, and a structured approach to quality assurance.

Important:
Hybrid role — must be able to commute to our Lansing, MI office 2× per week.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Net Suite modules including Finance, CRM, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and customizations.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to understand requirements and system changes.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects using issue‑tracking tools.
• Ensure end-to-end system integrations function correctly across Net Suite and external systems.
• Validate data migration accuracy and data integrity from legacy systems to Net Suite.
• Support training and documentation efforts by validating system processes and behaviors.
• Recommend improvements to testing processes, workflows, and Net Suite configurations.

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience, preferably with ERP or Net Suite implementations.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and testing best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Proficiency with testing and defect‑tracking tools such as JIRA, Test Rail, or equivalent.
• Experience testing Net Suite modules, Suite Script customizations, workflows, and integrations.
• Familiarity with data migration validation and reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of SaaS ERP architecture and cloud‑based system constraints.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Exposure to test automation tools for ERP systems is a plus.
