Job DescriptionThis position functions as an expert in administering Rational tools, including tool version upgrades, migrations, tool and server performance, scripting, and automating desktop tool deployment. This position will work with the tool process team to configure the tools to follow industry best practices and standards for Bridges, Integrated Service Delivery (ISD) Portal, ISD Contact Center, ISD Universal Case Load, BSI, ODS, SIGMA, HUB, and CHAMPS.
Responsibilities- Administer Rational toolset, including version upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Develop scripts and automate desktop tool deployment.
- Collaborate with the tool process team to implement industry best practices and standards for listed systems.
- Monitor and optimize server performance related to Rational tools.
- Experience with Jazz/CLM toolset
- Experience with both Windows and Linux platforms
- Experience with database administrators
- Experience with Rational APM (Application Performance Monitor)
- Experience in Web Sphere administration
- Experience with automated testing, preferably Rational Functional Tester
- SAFe Certification
