Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid – Every Other Week – Local Candidates Strongly Preferred)

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

$70 - $85/hr

Base pay: $60/hr - $80/hr

• Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, Visualforce pages, and flows.
• Customize and configure Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) components.
• Collaborate with business analysts and state stakeholders to refine user stories.
• Support sprint ceremonies and agile development cycles (2-week cadence).
• Troubleshoot bugs, resolve production issues, and manage deployments.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., data lakes, case management tools).
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge transfer for future enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor mid-level developers on the team.

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows).
• Strong experience customizing Salesforce Government Cloud or Public Sector modules.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance in regulated environments.
• Experience working on large‑scale enterprise or government implementations.
• Ability to work onsite in Lansing every other week.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
