We are looking for a Solution Architect (AWS professional) to join our team and work with current and prospective customers across multiple industries. You will understand their challenges, design infrastructure solutions, and help customers transition to hybrid and bare‑metal cloud infrastructures.
Responsibilities- Overall solution design and product selection.
- Technical discovery: working closely with the customer to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and define limitations.
- Supporting the sales team during onboarding of potential new customers.
- Delivering technical presentations, demos, and screen casts to sales and customers.
- Reporting to product management about improvements for the roadmap.
- Managing stock availability and deployment timelines with vendors and supply‑chain managers.
- Learning about new products and technologies in the hosting infrastructure industry.
- Very good understanding of AWS architecture (EC2, VPC, S3, EBS, RDS, EKS, Direct Connect) with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Available for occasional overtime with customers in the U.S. and APAC.
- Knowledge of modern technologies such as VLAN, RAID, CPU/hardware design, IP networking, IP routing, BGP, and network attached storage.
- Current experience as an architect.
- Experience with computer hardware and system administration.
- Basic scripting skills.
- STEM bachelor’s degree.
