We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions that align with business and regulatory requirements. The candidate will work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce development including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, triggers, and integrations.
- Customize and enhance Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Develop and support Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.
- Implement Salesforce security model including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and state IT policies.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of Salesforce development.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
