Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Recruit, interview, and onboard production and skilled trades employees, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures in a plant environment.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws relevant to manufacturing.
- Process payroll, manage benefits administration, and oversee leave management for all plant personnel.
- Coordinate and facilitate mandatory safety training, compliance training, and professional development initiatives for manufacturing staff.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity for reporting and compliance.
- Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans for manufacturing teams.
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, specifically in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, with a focus on compliance in a production setting.
- Proven ability in employee relations, recruitment for blue-collar roles, and performance management.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and experience managing HR data, payroll support, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish/English) to support a diverse workforce
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with HRIS and time & attendance systems tailored for shift-based or production environments
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and experience with workplace safety programs
