Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, technical, and administrative roles.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee new hire onboarding, including site-specific safety orientations and initial training.
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs, with a focus on safety, compliance, and operational skills development.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, serving as a liaison for payroll and employee inquiries.
- Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs in collaboration with safety teams.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data for reporting and analysis.
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, EEO).
- Demonstrated proficiency in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to fostering a safe work environment.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll processes.
- Fluency in Spanish or another language common among the manufacturing workforce.
- Experience with OSHA compliance or safety program administration in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience supporting HRIS implementation or optimization projects.
