HR / Recruitment Consultant, Talent Manager
Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for diverse manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering.
- Partner with manufacturing plant leaders and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer extension, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for a manufacturing environment.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidates, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in manufacturing talent acquisition.
- Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates using various techniques (e.g., Linked In Recruiter, industry-specific job boards).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
- Understanding of HR best practices and employment law relevant to the manufacturing sector.
- Experience recruiting for a unionized manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
- Understanding of basic OSHA regulations or manufacturing safety standards.
