Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for production, skilled trades, and engineering roles.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within a manufacturing environment.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand specific departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer, including background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate flow, track metrics, and ensure data integrity.
• Stay informed on manufacturing industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and local labor market conditions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for a diverse range of manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, quality, skilled trades)
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing industry terminology, processes, and skill sets
• Proficiency in leveraging various sourcing techniques to attract specialized manufacturing talent
• Familiarity with relevant labor laws and compliance requirements within the manufacturing sector

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Experience with high-volume recruiting strategies for production or skilled trades roles
