Our client is seeking an experienced HR professional to support their manufacturing facility, focusing on a diverse range of HR functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective HR operations, enhancing employee relations, and driving workforce cancellation and talent management initiatives.
- HR Business Partnership: Align HR strategies with operational goals, collaborating with leaders in operations, safety, and supply chain to boost productivity and engagement.
- Employee Relations & Labor Strategy: الثلاثاء investigations, manage grievances and foster a positive work culture. Navigate both unionized and non-unionized environments effectively.
- Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Partner with Talent Acquisition to streamline recruiting efforts, oversee onboarding, and support performance management.
- Compliance, Policies & HR Operations: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, and act as a resource for HR policies and procedures.
- Change Management & Culture: Drive organizational change initiatives and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 7 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or operations.
- Expertise in employee relations and a strong understanding of employment law.
- Experience with union environments or union avoidance strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment.
