Front Office Manager– Dual Hotel Property Pay scale: $54k-67k

Concord Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic Front Office to lead the front office operations for our dual-property hotel. This highly visible leadership role sits at the heart of the guest experience—where service excellence, teamwork, and memorable moments begin.

As a leader in our hotels, you will inspire and empower a dynamic front desk team to deliver service that exceeds expectations. You’ll create a welcoming environment for guests and associates alike while ensuring operations run smoothly across both properties. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee front desk operations across both properties, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Personally model outstanding hospitality through responsiveness, professionalism, and proactive guest engagement.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor front desk associates in check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and service excellence.
  • Empower team members to deliver memorable experiences and celebrate their achievements.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty, supporting overall hotel operations and resolving guest concerns when needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and the General Manager to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, recruiting, and performance development for the front office team.
  • Maintain accurate financial controls, reporting, and compliance with cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure both properties maintain high quality standards through inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and exterior spaces.
  • Promote a safe, secure work environment by proactively addressing potential hazards and supporting compliance standards.
  • Partner with maintenance teams to ensure the physical property remains welcoming, functional, and well maintained.
Qualifications
  • Previous hotel front office leadership experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop a high‑performing team.
  • Financial awareness and experience with hotel operating systems preferred.
  • Passion for guest service and operational excellence.
