Advisa Care, a leading provider of home health care services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Physical Therapy to join our team. As the Director of Physical Therapy
, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the physical therapy department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of physical therapists, ensuring that they have the resources and training necessary to provide exceptional care.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the physical therapy department
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of physical therapists, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure effective treatment plans
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy practices and implement best practices
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain accurate records

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to physical therapy services
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in the field when needed
