What You’ll DoLead pricing strategy and revenue optimization for commercial card products
Develop and manage product roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market plans
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform pricing and product enhancements
Support data‑driven decision‑making by interpreting data, conducting database queries, preparing visualizations, and proposing actionable recommendations
Work with business partners to understand user requirements and align solutions with business strategies and goals
Manage client contract lifecycle, including pricing terms, renewals, and compliance with contractual obligations
Own portfolio and client performance dashboard reporting—design, maintain, and deliver insights to drive business decisions
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (tech, sales, risk, compliance) to deliver new features and ensure regulatory compliance
Monitor product performance, profitability, and key metrics; recommend improvements
Support sales and marketing with training, collateral, and pricing tools
7+ years in product management, pricing, or revenue roles (preferably in commercial cards or payments)
Strong financial modeling, market research, and analytical skills
Experience with P&L management, pricing strategy, and client contract management
Proficient in data analysis, database querying, and data visualization tools
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for automation and reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Reg E, Visa/MC rules) and card payment technologies
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CPCP a plus

The salary range for this position is $125,000-$145,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
