• Monitor setup pipelines and dashboards for service orders and loan setup tasks
• Review loans for accuracy and completeness prior to submission to Underwriting
• Request necessary third-party services such as appraisals and tax transcripts
• Deliver required disclosures to borrowers and manage the redisclosure process
• Maintain positive communication with all departments and assist mortgage teams as needed

• Minimum of 2 years of recent mortgage operations experience in mortgage setup or equivalent
• Proficiency with mortgage loan services, including familiarity with Encompass and third-party ordering systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain compliance with federal and state laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Experience in the wholesale mortgage market
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to quick changes
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
