As a Control Room Manager, you will lead all aspects of daily control room activities, coordinate incident responses, and drive continuous improvements across our processes. WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead, supervise, and support Control Room Operators during all shifts.
- Ensure control room activities fully adhere to operational, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational and system blocking issues.
- Coordinate the execution of operational tasks in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Manage team performance against important metrics, including accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
- Review, approve, and produce management‑level operational reports and performance analysis.
- Lead incident management, investigation, and resolution coordination.
- Monitor the general condition and accessibility of gaming systems.
- Implement process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Train, mentor, and develop control room staff to maintain operational excellence.
- Diploma or degree in IT, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in a control room, operations centre, NOC, SOC, or gaming operations setting.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of incident management and operational reporting.
- Proficient with computer systems, monitoring tools, and reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay Range$48,790 - $90,610 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
