Key Responsibilities Own live-action projects from pitch through delivery, managing scoping, budgeting, and ensuring contractual compliance Build and lead production teams, overseeing recruitment, collaboration, and performance Supervise all stages of production, ensuring creative and technical standards are met
Required Qualifications Hands-on experience in video production and motion design Proven track record as a creative producer with 2+ years leading creative teams Experience producing various video formats, including product explainers and short-form content In-depth knowledge of the gaming content creator ecosystem on platforms like You Tube and Twitch Deep understanding of gaming culture and major franchises, translating this knowledge into engaging content
