Key Responsibilities- Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.
- Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and process transitions.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC).
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Experience with process control systems (DCS/PLC) and/or process simulation software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Experience with industrial automation or control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA).
