Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
- Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial robots.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctions in automated equipment and control systems.
- Optimize existing automation systems for improved efficiency, quality, and uptime.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, programming logic, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT) for new automation equipment.
- Expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and optimization (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell).
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining SCADA and HMI systems.
- Experience with industrial robotics, including programming, integration, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profinet, Ether Net/IP, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in automated production lines.
- Experience with industrial vision systems for inspection or quality control.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Python) for OEE or process optimization.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or database integration (e.g., SQL).
- Exposure to cloud-based IoT platforms or advanced analytics in an industrial setting.
