A company is looking for a Design Engineer I
- Electrical (PV & BESS).
Key Responsibilities Create electrical engineering plans, details, and calculations for renewable energy and substation projects Perform design tasks on small projects or portions of larger projects Ensure compliance with safety standards and work under the direction of more senior staff
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field with extensive electrical coursework Some prior experience in designing and drafting utilizing AutoCAD Familiarity with reading and applying sections of the NEC and understanding codes and standards EIT Certificate is preferred Prior renewable energy project experience is desirable
