By bringing together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals and their areas of expertise, we are able to solve problems better, faster. This multi-dimensional approach enables us to solve the most critical and large-scale challenges across the aerospace & defense, automotive, energy, hi-tech, healthcare, medical devices, rail and semiconductor industries.
We are looking for humble geniuses, who believe that engineering has the potential to make the impossible possible; innovators, who are not only inspired by technology and innovation, but also perpetually driven to design, develop, and test as a trusted partner for Fortune 500 customers. As a team of remarkably diverse engineers, we recognize that what we are really engineering is a brighter future for us all.
If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you. The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills.
- The primary responsibility of this role is to perform vehicle-level and system-level testing of Automated Driving Systems, Infrastructure communication and platform services.
- Testing will require data collection and analysis related to items such as networking, perception, mapping, localization, and vehicle system control.
- Plan and execute closed-course vehicle test campaigns, including test case design, execution, and results documentation for autonomous driving features and ADAS functions.
- Perform defined testing workflow, develops evaluation protocols, sets up data acquisition equipment, gathers data, analyzes, and visualizes recorded and simulated data.
- Conduct vehicle-in-the-loop (VIL) and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing to validate autonomous driving algorithms and control systems.
- Documents test protocols and results. Prepares and maintains evaluation processes and check sheets. Collects information to assist algorithm development teams with issue identification.
- Understand and configure using Vector tools (CAN), Communication protocols (ROS2 DDS, MQTT, UDP), and testing platforms (Matlab, dSpace and other in-house tools).
- Evaluate vehicle behavior, safety margins, and system response during autonomous driving scenarios, including edge cases and fault injection testing.
- Coordinates with cross functional teams to establish testing timeline, perform evaluation, analysis, bug identification and fix as per requirements.
- Familiarity with sensor technologies including radar, lidar, and cameras is essential.
- Proficient in the use of Matlab Simulink, CAN tools (CANoe, Vehicle Spy etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of experience with rapid prototyping systems (Specifically dSPACE products).
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on vehicle testing experience, including test planning, execution, and reporting for ADAS or autonomous driving features.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Software C, embedded C, C++, Python & JavaScript.
- Industry or academic experience with OBD (On Board Diagnostic) and CAN (Controller Area Network) tools for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and testing.
- Experience instrumenting test vehicles, including setup of data acquisition hardware (GPS/IMU, cameras, lidar, radar) and drive‑by‑wire systems.
- Familiarity with vehicle dynamics fundamentals (braking, steering, stability control) and their interaction with autonomous driving control systems.
- Experience with embedded systems (Nvidia, AMD, etc.) in development & integration.
- Experience working on Network programming, logging tools and management.
- Proficient with communication protocols (MQTT, ROS2 DDS, UDP), API integration testing & cloud data logging.
