Engineering Manager

Base Pay Range

• Manage engineering projects and budgets, and driving process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, ensuring safety and compliance with standards, training staff, and analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Team and project management:
  Lead, mentor, and train an engineering team on die casting best practices. Manage engineering projects, including budgets and timelines.
• Design and development:
  Oversee the design and development of die casting dies and trim tooling.
• Process optimization:
  Lead initiatives to improve processes, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
• Production support:
  Partner with production and quality teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and ensure quality standards are met.
• Compliance and safety:
  Ensure all activities comply with company, industry, and safety standards.
• Data analysis:
  Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Supplier collaboration:
  Work with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, is Preferred or equivalent combination of Education & Experience.
• Die Casting Technical Knowledge and Expertise is Strongly Preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Die Design, Metallurgy, and Process Optimization.
• Leadership and excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with quality standards like APQP, FMEA, and ISO.
