- Implement result‑driven curriculum and instruction specially designed to meet the unique needs of each student resulting from his/her disability such as resource room, inclusion and/or pullout services.
- Attend professional development, specialized trainings and IEP meetings with special education team and parents as required.
- Assist with the required compliance documentation.
- Must meet state requirements for being a Title 1 paraprofessional.
- Ability to defuse situations and prevent escalation.
- Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities and/or behavior modifications, preferred.
- Aptitude to understand and navigate technical systems.
