McLaren Medical Group - Greater Lansing seeks a Locum Emergency Medicine physician.
McLaren is creating a Float Pool of providers for their open PRN shifts - open dates will be sent out via email once a provider is accepted

• Reason for Locum Coverage:
  Recruitment Gap
• Patients per day: 110
• Staff Support: full nursing, 12 hours of APP coverage daily
• Current EHR in use:
  Cerner
• Number of beds: 42
• 70% of total admissions received from ED
• 22% of ED patients admitted to the hospital per day
• Trauma Level: 3
• Annual ER Volume: 40,000
• Fast track in ED:
  Yes, staffed by APP
• 15% of total ED volume treated by Fast Track
• Locum will be required to supervise other health care providers: APP and residents
• ED staff does not respond to house codes
• Hospitalist writes admission orders

Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA. Does NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees. No lodging booked through 3rd party websites, i.e., expedia, kayak, etc. McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging. Malpractice must be included in rates. Orientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rate.

Site uses reverse billing. Provider must clock in/out using Doc Time; no timesheets will be approved. Requirement description: ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR.

• Board Certified must be ABEM or AOBEM — [REQUIRED], willing to review Truly BE providers
