Call Center Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Identify and escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate team members
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in difficult situations
• Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and learn new processes quickly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
