SummaryThe Customer Service Representative will interact with customers by addressing inquiries, guiding them to solutions, answering questions and concerns, handling account set up, creating and distributing proposals in partnership with project owners, and maintaining communication and relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Contact prospective customers and follow up on leads via phone and e-mail.
- Complete administrative activities to include client account set up, project scoping activities, proposal creation, and data management activities.
- Manage CRM, project and lab management databases and sales funnel.
- Define key accounts, execute and maintain account plans and follow ups with agreed upon metrics.
- Review project deliverables upon completion of testing.
- Create sales reports and forecasts.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school is preferred.
- One (1) year customer service experience is preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, service-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn, or experience with CRM software
Occasional domestic travel is possible.
