Supply Chain Manager - Newaygo Area

Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

• Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage procurement of raw materials, components, and finished goods, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Optimize inventory levels across the manufacturing process to minimize waste and storage costs.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Collaborate with production planning and sales teams to align supply with demand forecasts.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analysis tools.
• Proven expertise in demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.

• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
