Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs in manufacturing operations.
• Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management for raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory management for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure optimal levels and prevent stockouts.
• Direct logistics and distribution activities, including warehousing, transportation, and customs, for timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering teams for accurate demand forecasting and production planning.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring resilience and business continuity within the manufacturing process.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to enhance operational excellence and reduce lead times.

• 5+ years of progressive supply chain management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including strong vendor negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for demand planning, inventory control, and logistics.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, JDA)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with international logistics and customs compliance
