• Define and iterate on the service catalog model, including service structure, pricing, and presentation
• Collaborate with consulting delivery leadership to identify repeatable and standardizable service engagements
• Design the end‑to‑end service experience for customers, ensuring clear understanding and engagement
• Engage with customers to validate service concepts and pricing models, using feedback for continuous improvement
• Partner with engineering and cross‑functional teams to ensure effective representation and transaction of services on the platform

• 8+ years of experience in product management, service design, or consulting operations
• Proven experience in defining and launching service products or professional services offerings
• Strong analytical skills to define pricing models and measure service economics
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers for validation and feedback
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• Experience building or scaling a services catalog or productized service offering
• Understanding of consulting delivery economics and financial design of service products
• Familiarity with enterprise go‑to‑market strategies for services, including sales enablement
• Background in architecture, engineering, construction, operations (AECO), manufacturing, or media and entertainment industries
• Ability to balance standardization and customization in service offerings
