First National Bank of America is seeking a Marketing List Research Coordinator to generate the marketing lists that facilitate our direct marketing campaigns! Most of our acquired lists come from public records gathered from county recording offices throughout the United States, and are collected by independent contracted researchers across the nation. As the Coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining productive relationships with our existing pool of researchers, as well as finding and training additional or replacement researchers when necessary.
You will also maintain the quality assurance of lists required and negotiate cost‑effective terms with the researchers. We are looking for someone with knowledge of real estate and mortgage documents, with outstanding communication skills, and able to motivate a wide variety of part‑time contracted individuals through a variety of communication channels. Also required are good organizational skills, the ability to perform a wide variety of tasks, and a mindset of continually reacting positively to new developments.

Responsibilities- Maintain positive and productive contact with our independent contracted researchers
- Work with marketing staff to develop productive methods for finding new researcher prospects
- Initiate and develop productive relationships with new researcher prospects
- Perform quality assurance measures on lists acquired
- Proof lists acquired for accuracy of the data, assignments, and costs charged
- Make sure the researchers are paid for their work timely and accurately
- Assist management with determining appropriate volume and cost goals for lists acquired
- Develop and maintain a staff of researchers sufficient to meet list acquisition volume goals
- Research alternative strategies for collecting lists, including outside vendor list resources
- Perform initial research and/or list collection for other projects or campaigns as necessary
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
- Knowledge of real estate and mortgage documents is preferred
- Sales and negotiation skills are preferred
