This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Body Technician based in Lansing, MI. The primary responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing collision damage, performing general auto body repairs, conducting vehicle maintenance, and applying professional-grade painting techniques as needed. The technician will work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction while adhering to safety standards and best practices.

• Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair techniques
• Strong expertise in Collision and Auto Body repair
• Experience with auto Paint application and finishing
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
• Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment
• Relevant certifications or training in automotive repair are a plus
• Previous experience in the automotive repair industry is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
