This role is essential in scheduling, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth operation of off‑site vehicle service appointments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Automotive dealership or service department experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems and dealership software
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
Education and Experience
  • One or more years of Automotive experience
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Organizing and preparing daily and weekly work orders for the Mobile Service Technicians
  • Coordinating with the Parts Department to ensure all necessary parts are pulled the day before scheduled appointments
  • Building rapport and maintaining relationships with local businesses through in‑person visits and follow‑ups
  • Developing strategies to promote and enhance the Mobile Service experience
  • Monitoring the condition of the Mobile Service unit and coordinating routine maintenance, detailing, and parts inventory reviews
  • Communicating with the Mobile Service team regarding scheduling, field issues, training, and equipment needs
  • Utilizing various Ford programs (GCCT, PTS, TAC, etc.) in daily operations
  • Ensuring all work orders are closed promptly and include proper documentation
  • Staying up to date on changes to regulations and communicating relevant updates to the team
  • Upholding all safety and compliance standards
  • Scheduling customer, fleet, and partner lot appointments along optimized routes
  • Cold calling local businesses, customers, and dealerships to generate new business opportunities
  • Keeping customer profiles updated in GCCT / CRC Portal to ensure post‑repair surveys are delivered
  • Reviewing Connected Vehicle Data and Ford Pass / Lincoln Access Rewards to identify and upsell recommended maintenance before appointments
  • Actively working to meet or exceed management‑directed goals and objectives related to performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to stand, talk, and hear.
  • Frequently required to walk and sit.
  • Is potentially exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.
