ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the Adult Mental Health Services Director, provides high‑level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, organizes complex activities, and processes a wide variety of program materials. Utilizes considerable independent judgment and a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Extensive knowledge of the area of assignment, with general knowledge of the entire agency, is required to assist in efficient and orderly operations.
Work involves handling sensitive issues and confidential information requiring discretion on the employee's part. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program/sub‑unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies and procedures.
Possession of a High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalency is required. A minimum of two years of secretarial experience or equivalent is required. Must pass a Microsoft Word and Excel exam with a proficient score. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is required. The ability to gain proficiency in all software as needed. Ability to communicate accurately and effectively both in writing and verbally is required.
Must have the ability to work accurately under specific time limits with numerous interruptions.
Employment offers for this position will be contingent upon the results of a criminal background check & clerical testing. Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug screen.

Salary/Hours$21.78 - $23.42 per hour. Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
