Key Responsibilities Execute multiple concurrent audits and projects based on the annual Internal Audit workplan Prepare concise audit reports summarizing scope, objectives, observations, and recommendations Monitor and validate completion of management action plans (MAPs) with audit clients
Required Qualifications , Training, and Education 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in internal auditing or related fields Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations, accounting, and finance Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, including GAAP and IIA standards Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance or Accounting Certifications such as CIA, CHIAP, or CPA preferred; willingness to obtain HFMA CRCR within 18 months
