Accounting Manager

Adecco is pleased to announce a new search on behalf of one of our global manufacturing clients. This highly visible role will oversee financial reporting, compliance, and team leadership for North American operations while partnering closely with global headquarters. It’s a great opportunity to step into a leadership role with a growing multinational in a flexible hybrid environment.

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and lead month- and quarter-end close activities
• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Manage IFRS compliance, internal controls, and audit processes
• Supervise daily accounting operations (AP, GL, revenue/expense recognition)
• Mentor and develop a small accounting team
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives
• Drive ERP system improvements and process enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA preferred)
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory background
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS (required)
• Global manufacturing and multi-currency experience preferred
• Public accounting experience a plus
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and advanced Excel skills
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
