Location: Lansing, MI

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Onsite)

Pay: $75,000 - $85,000

Work Environment: Business casual (no jeans)

Our client is a growing financial services organization focused on efficiency and continuous improvement. The Accounting Manager will support day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone comfortable working in a lean, fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

• Receive, organize, and enter invoices into the accounting system for multi‑entity accounts payable.
• Prepare accounts payable aging reports for approval.
• Perform check runs on an as‑needed basis.
• Run weekly payroll.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including labor union representatives.
• Operate in a private equity–owned environment with ongoing expectations to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on accounts payable experience or AP oversight.
• Good customer service skills.
• Experience preparing aging reports and processing payments.

• Experience with Net Suite.
• Multi‑entity AP experience.
• Experience working with labor unions or multiple external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multi‑entity accounting.
