We are looking to hire a part‑time Cook to join our team at Mission Health:

As a Cook, you play a vital role by preparing meals for residents in accordance with regulatory guidelines. You ensure quality and temperature of food, maintain safety and sanitary conditions, and comply with federal, state, and local laws. Your warm, friendly demeanor helps build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and team members.

• Basic arithmetic, understanding of measurements, and follow written & oral instructions.
• Cook experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail, and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact with residents, vendors, and team members.

Experience in a geriatric nursing facility is preferred but not required.

This full‑time cook position works days, evenings, and weekends.
