Job OverviewPosition:
Branch Office Administrator (BOA) – Full‑time. Branch address: 712 First Terrace Ste 202, Lansing, KS. The posting will remain open for 30 days, from 02‑Mar‑2026.
As a BOA you provide seamless administrative support to financial advisors and their teams, ensuring a positive client experience.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional personalized service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Participate in the annual business planning process and assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Actively listen for client situations indicating a need for additional services.
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
- Support account management tasks: opening, transferring, and processing account transactions, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives.
- Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically executing the branch business plan.
- Use technology tools such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm‑provided software.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology.

CompensationHiring minimum: $23.85 per hour. Hiring maximum: $25.82 per hour. Merit‑based salary increases available.
