- Guideemployeestoaligntheirworkwithlong-termgoals,andalignmentwiththecompanystrategicdirection.
- Manageallcomponentsofthe Quality Management Systemtoensurecompliancewith SQFandothercustomerrequirements.
About YOU
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum five (5) years of food processing related industry experience preferred. Knowledge of meat processing highly preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of supervisory leadership experience.
- Familiar with food safety, food handling, GMP and plant safety guidelines. HACCP Certified preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software; experience with computer report generation and general computer database usage.
- Ability to motivate people, specifically mentoring and coaching individuals to meet goals of the production area.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time.
