Wes Carver Electric isseeking a skilled, customer-focused Electrician to join our team.

This role plays a direct part in company profitability,operational efficiency, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pridein quality workmanship, communicates clearly with customers, and consistently meets performance standards.

• Electrical & Technical Execution
• Install, maintain,inspect, troubleshoot, and repair existing residentialelectrical systems (with occasional light commercial work)
• Respond to service calls, perform planned maintenance, inspections, and newinstallations
• Ensure all work complies with company standards and the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Verify allcompleted work to prevent errors and callbacks
• Customer Experience & Sales
• Maintain aprofessional appearance and positive demeanor on every job
• Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after work is performed
• Build trust andclearly explain recommended services and their necessity.
  
  Never recommend or sell unnecessary services or products!
• Present pricingusing the Straight Forward Pricing Guide.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Deliver invoice sand collect payment upon job completion

• Protect customerproperty using floor savers, boot covers, and drop cloths
• Keep jobsitesclean, safe, and organized
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles

• Communicate dailywith the Manager or CSR regarding job status, scheduling,and issues
• Debrief with theoffice after each service call
• Participate inongoing training and team meetings
• Contribute positively to company culture and teamwork
• Supervise and support other team members when required

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, conversion rates, and average ticket metrics
• Maintain accuratetruck inventory and material organization
• Prioritize safetyon the job and while driving
• Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

• Full-time position
• Some nights,weekends, on-call shifts, and overtime required

• Experience
• Minimum of fouryears of relevant electrical experience
• Strong working knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance,troubleshooting, and repair

• Valid driver’slicense

• Ability to wearrequired safety equipment
• Capable ofclimbing ladders and working on roofs andscaffolding
• Able to work inconfined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
