Lead the kitchen and work as part of our culinary team to prepare meals and follow established recipes. Supports the kitchen staff and ensures the restaurant runs smoothly through each meal service. Assists in the training and development of line cooks and prep staff. The role contributes to our food philosophy of offering fresh, healthy options alongside indulgent items, and supports a scratch kitchen culture.

Shifts are typically from 12pm to 8pm, with some weekends required.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of four years  progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment
• Serve Safe Certification (or willing to obtain within the three-month introductory period)
• Experienced in all cooking stations and methods

$20.60 - $25.30 per hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
