This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Nursing at Meadowood in Lansdale, PA. The Director of Nursing will oversee nursing staff and ensure the delivery of exceptional care to residents. Key responsibilities include managing nursing operations, enforcing infection control policies, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, implementing care plans, and adhering to regulatory standards while fostering a culture of wellness and safety.

• Expertise in Nursing Management, including staffing, training, and leadership
• Proficiency in Infection Control practices and procedures
• Strong foundation in Nursing and Medicine with a focus on patient-centered care
• Experience in Long-term Care and familiarity with associated regulatory guidelines
• Ability to lead and inspire a collaborative healthcare team
• Proven organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required, with active RN license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a senior living or life plan community is advantageous
