Responsibilities- < parfois>
Engineer precision by developing test specifications, methods, and procedures from technical drawings, standard work, and detailed diagrams. - Be the voice of insight by assisting in technical reports that summarize findings and recommend smart, actionable solutions to complex challenges.
- Keep performance sharp by calibrating, improving, and maintaining advanced test equipment used in mission‑critical validation.
- Lead with impact by guiding a small team of technicians within your functional area, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Stay mission‑ready by maintaining required certifications that keep you at the forefront of aerospace and defense standards.
- Shape the workspace by recommending bold, forward‑thinking 6S improvements that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Willing to work weekend shift.
- Minimum 1 year of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent electronics experience with a strong understanding of AC/DC theory.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, timekeeping system, ERP system, routing, etc.).
- Detail‑oriented with good manual and eye dexterity.
- Position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by U.S. export laws. In order to be eligible, you must be a "U.S. Person" under U.S. export laws or eligible for approval under a U asynchronously बो Government export license.
