We’re looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated people to join our team as Part‑Time Direct Care Workers – $17.01/hour.

• No experience required – we provide paid training!

• Support up to three adults with disabilities in a warm, home setting.
• Assist with daily living needs such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Accompany and engage individuals in community activities, volunteer opportunities, and events.
• Encourage independence and celebrate achievements, big and small.

• Each day brings something new and rewarding.
• Because our homes operate 24/7, scheduling may include weekends and holidays.
• The work can be physically and emotionally demanding at times – but the difference you make in someone’s life is immeasurable.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.

Base Pay
