Engineer precision by developing test specifications, methods, and procedures from technical drawings, standard work, and detailed diagrams

Minimum:

* Willing to work weekend shift.

* Minimum 1 year of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing environment OR equivalent electronics experience with a strong understanding of AC/DC theory.

* Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Timekeeping system, ERP system, Routing, etc.)

* Detail-oriented with good manual and eye dexterity (precise).

* This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).

* Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Preferred:

* 2 plus years of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing work environment.

* Ability to setup and know how to operate a Phase Network Analyzer (PNA) or Vector Network Analyzer (VNA).

* Associates Degree or Technical Degree in Electrical Technology.

* High school diploma or GED equivalent.

* Military Electronic Schools or Electronic Training from military.

* Active Security Clearance.

* Experience in defense or aerospace industry.

* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges.

* Willingness to take on diverse projects and work with different teams.
