Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

• Competitive salary range of $100,000 – $130,000 annually, based on experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing installation, project management, or operations leadership
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage field crews effectively
• In-depth knowledge of residential asphalt roofing systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with CRM, scheduling, and project management software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Experience managing HOA and multifamily roofing projects
• Comfortable working at heights and accessing rooftops
