We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Insurance team as an Employee Benefits Analyst I. In this role, you will support the administration, analysis, and communication of our employee benefits programs, ensuring our workforce receives the best possible support. ResponsibilitiesServicing existing book of business:
- Manage/create renewal spreadsheets and renewal documents
- Manage service end of renewals
- Manage quoting process
- Manage Ben Admin systems
- Create benefit booklets
- Assist with open enrollment meetings
- Assist with sales process/submissions
- Willingness to participate in client meetings
- Assist with training of new hires
- Communicate and interact with carriers, vendors and clients by phone, email and in person
- Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct.
- Perform additional duties as needed

- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions
- High level of customer service and interpersonal skills, along with professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to build relationships with carriers, vendors & clients
- Ability to build relationships with account mgmt. & producer team
- Willingness to obtain Life, Accident, & Health license
The salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $53,000
