Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Represent a well-known, trusted brand
• Meet pre-qualified homeowners (no cold calling) – up to 3 qualified leads daily
• Conduct in-home consultations, assess needs, and present tailored solutions
• Build rapport, close sales, and guide customers through the process
• Use company-provided iPad & CRM to manage leads and orders
• Partner with installation and support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

Compensation Range:
This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential
. The posted range reflects annual earnings from the past three years, including both new hires and top performers. Individual results will vary based on performance, availability, and market demand.

Typical earnings range from $85,000 to $340,000+ annually , with top performers exceeding $400,000 per year.

All new hires receive 90 days of paid training at $1,384.62 bi-weekly (base pay plus commission). After the training period, compensation is entirely commission-based.
