Seeking Experienced Hospitalist Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner at US Acute Care Solutions. Our Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners work side by side with our physicians as clinical colleagues, supported by local, regional, and national APP leadership.

• Provide clinical care to hospital patients under the supervision of attending physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records using the EMR system.
• Participate in hospital rounds, interdisciplinary conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Attend USACS Orientation, Assemblies, and ongoing professional development programs.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hospital Medicine Physician Assistant (PA) or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP).
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in an acute care hospital environment with 24/7 services.

• Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W‑2 base pay range of $68/hour to $76/hour (new grads $60/hour to $65/hour).
