Field Support Technician (Roaming – Northeast DC / South Baltimore Region)

We're seeking a dependable and self‑motivated Field Support Technician to provide onsite technical support across multiple locations in the Northeast DC and South Baltimore areas. Regular travel across:
Silver Spring, Lanham, Mitchellville, Laurel, and South Baltimore
Must have a reliable personal vehicle
Mileage reimbursed for sitetosite travel
Technicians must be punctual and dependable; attendance is monitored via badge access

Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
On‑call rotation: 1 week at a time
Occasional extended evenings until approximately 8:00 PM, depending on business needs
Start times may shift based on daily requirements
Flexibility is essential, as assignments may change to meet demand

• Respond to and resolve software break/fix incidents
• Perform IMACs (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), including software installations and machine upgrades
• Support device refresh activities
• Provide hands‑on support for peripherals: document and , barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, RFID readers
• Assist users at tech walk‑up bars in staffed locations
• Utilize Service Now for ticketing (preferred but not required)
• Use Log Me In  for remote support when applicable

• Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory
• Strong deskside support capability
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in a hospital or clinical environment is a plus

This is a Contract societies position based out of Lanham, MD. Pay range: $20.00 – $26.00/hr.
